In the specified lists, if a user does meet the appropriate conditions, their changes will be reversed (if possible), and a comment added, informing them (and optionally, a manager.)

The options for conditions that can be set up are nearly limitless, including:

• AND / OR any of the following
• Being on or not on one or multiple lists
• Having a particular role on that task
• Having a particular role on that project
• Based on data in another platform
• Having done something else, somewhere else, within the last x period of time…
• If it’s raining in New York…
• you get the idea.
