Build your own. Here are the base costs of all the services we provide, and point packages, so you can choose your own mix, amount, and what their purpose should be.

Automation

  • Maintenance & Troubleshooting Unlimited

    Investigation & resolution of issues (errors or unexpected outcomes) are included on all plans. No limit.

  • Automation Tweak 1pt

    A change that does not add functionality or involve build work. (i.e wording, email address, settings, etc.)

  • Small Added Functionality 5pts

    1 trigger, 1-3 actions, no lookups. New or Improved Automation.

  • Medium Added Functionality 10pts

    1 trigger, up to 6 actions or processing large data or on a new platform. New or Improved Automation.

  • Automated System 20pts

    Multiple triggers, up to 16 actions. Usually a whole workflow. Added or Re-worked.

  • Sync 2 Platforms 25pts

    Sync an object (i.e 'contacts') across 2 platforms for creating, updating & deleting actions. Added or Re-worked.

Additional Services

  • Workflow Documentation 6pts

    Outlines how platforms align with each other, which automation connects them, what the steps of the workflow are, plus where data is stored and the data structure.

  • Automation Documentation 6pts

    Per automation, using our documentation template. Includes what the automation does, how to check it worked & basic troubleshooting steps.

  • Team Training Resource 8pts

    Your choice of a written or video resource to train your current & future staff. Can be on how to use a workflow, an individual automation, or how to use one of your platforms. Length limits apply.

  • Behavioural Psychology Consult 10pts

    1 hr call with Justin to discuss;
    - A strategic 'nudge' plan to influence behaviour of customers or staff
    - We'll work on finding the small details that have a big affect on behaviour
    - Then see if we can cheaply and easily change those details to create an outsized positive results.
    - Often it's less about motivation and more about choice architecture, context, interfaces and social role.
    - This is best done early, before spending too much on doing it the hard way.

  • Process Design/Review 20pts

    - Get the outcomes you want, without having to design the process
    - Process designed and demonstrated for your review
    - Documented process
    - Training materials for staff
    - Platform analysis and selection if current platforms are lacking
    - Get the best solution with the least change
    - Optimized for automation, reporting and future flexibility

  • Crisis & Continuity Planning 20pts

    Establishing a plan for how to ensure your systems and automation continue in the case of people or systems no longer being available or causing errors.

These will be adjusted over time to match the real effort required and value created.

  • Leader's Time Saver $1347/month

    - 1 personal automation per month to save YOU time. I.e email management, AI summaries (voice memos, podcasts, messages) & custom reports.
    - Each automation should save you around 2hrs/month or more.
    - So after 1 year, you'd be saving 24 hours/month. - Leaders are the natural limit to the business. Make your life easier & grow faster.

  • Reporting Transformation $2997/month

    Get birds-eye overview over your business, and key leading metrics that are not currently available.
    Done by gathering, structuring & storing data from all of your platforms, to then create blended data reports that are not otherwise possible, and dashboard them in a single location.

  • Regular Staff Training $997/month

    Monthly 1hr video call with a structured training on how to use the workflows & interact with the automations on a daily basis or how to use platforms. Includes time for questions. We don't cover how to build automation.
    Enables staff & builds training materials. Recorded.

  • Regular Staff Office Hours $679/month

    Monthly 1hr video call where staff can bring questions to be answered.
    Any questions on workflows, how to work with automations, or use platforms are welcome. We don't cover how to build automation.
    Enables staff & builds training materials. Recorded.

  • Internal Team Automation Training $1697

    Enable staff to troubleshoot, fix and even build automation. Per 1hr session.
