There will be multiple sessions throughout the day & you can attend as many as you wish. The full day will take you from confirming if Make is right for you, through to advanced techniques (bring a laptop to practice as we go and something to take notes, this will be a lot of information!)

Ground Zero: Is Make right for me?
This is a short, bluntly honest session with a quick presentation of what Make is and it’s capabilities to integrate software platforms and automate workflows, focusing on its limitations, followed by Q&A.
It will be conducted by Justin, our product expiry and trainer, who is big on integrity and letting people know when it’s not going to work for them.
There won’t be any sales staff on premise, but we’ll have an opt in form of you’d like to talk to Make sales later.
Session 1: Starting from scratch
If you have never used Make before or only dabbled, this is the best place to start.
This will be a hands-on session, so bring your laptop and follow along. There will be time to complete exercises Justin sets, so the knowledge gets locked in.
We’ll cover getting all the basics set up and creating your first automation, plus simple, logical explanations of key concepts that will help make it all make sense and accelerate your learning through all levels.
Strong foundations is the main goal of this session.
Session 2: Intermediate – Expanding what is possible
For this session you’ll either need to have attended Session 2 or be an existing Make user.
We’ll be covering a range of highly useful features in Make that Justin curated based on how frequently he uses them for his clients and their flexibility.
This will allow you to build automation for more complex cases, have your automation do more, more often.
Hands on, bring a laptop.
Session 3: Advanced Training
For this session you’ll need to have attended Session 2 or have successfully built complex automations in Make.
We’ll cover the top end of features that solve hard problems, including:
This will be hands on, bring a laptop if possible.
By the end of this session you’ll have an advanced toolbox to achieve some of the most complex outcomes you might need for your business.
Session 4: Master Class
How instead of what. No features will be taught in this class, instead Justin will focus on how to use what you know better.
How to solve harder problems, new breakthrough patterns for using the existing features, plus tips, tricks, ways of thinking, archetypes and structures that are the pathway towards Make expertise.
Session 5: Next Level
Bring the Make problems you’re stuck on and have Justin get you unstuck.
This session has no preset content, Justin will be responding to questions brought by attendees and showing how to get past hard blockers and take your Make capabilities to the next level.
Come along to get specific help with your problem and to see what problems other people are running into in real life and how to get past them.
Justin can’t guarantee he’ll get to all questions, though he’ll try. To make it more likely we’re limiting attendance to 20 people maximum.
Enterprise Add-on
A separate range of features are available to Enterprise customers, and a separate range of concerns for teams with many people using Make at once.
Justin will be making a training available for the first time to Enterprise Make users only, via Zoom, following the event.
Attendance is limited to 20 companies, total each may bring as many staff as needed.
